THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING THE BFF!
Since the 1990’s, it has been the mission of The Breast Form Fund to give women the dignity they deserve by providing financial assistance for post-mastectomy bras and breast prostheses.
The Board of The Breast Form Fund has made the very difficult decision to dissolve. We are a volunteer Board with no paid staff, and the fundraising efforts have become more and more difficult for this small but dedicated group. Therefore, on March 31, 2013, The Breast Form Fund will no longer exist.
However, our work to assist underserved women in need in Massachusetts will continue. We are transferring all remaining funds to the Cancer Resource Foundation’s All4One Breast Form Fund. This fund assists women throughout the United States, with obtaining breast forms, post-mastectomy bras, and more. The CRF’s BFF is patterned after The Breast Form Fund and women will be able to apply for assistance as they have done in the past. The application process is a little different than ours, but we are confident the transfer of care will be seamless.
Thank you for your support of the BFF and Show Us Your BRA!™ and for your fundraising efforts on our behalf. The work we all do makes a huge difference to the well being of the women.
On behalf of the Board we wish you only the best.

Apply for Assistance from Cancer Resource Foundation's Breast Form Fund
The Cancer Resource Foundation’s Breast Form Fund provides access to post-mastectomy products and services by administering the All4One Patient Assistance Funds. This fund provides financial assistance to women who qualify by providing financial assistance toward the purchase of breast prostheses, post-mastectomy bras, garments and other products like lymphedema compression sleeves.
The Breast Form Fund (BFF) was founded in 1994 to offer financial assistance to underserved women to purchase breast prostheses and post-mastectomy bras after breast cancer surgery. The BFF provided assistance to women of all ages and cultural backgrounds who live in Massachusetts. In addition, The BFF’s intention was to increase awareness of breast health. The BFF was a member of the All4One Alliance, a partnership of committed nonprofit organizations united in a mission to improve the quality of life for underserved women living with and beyond breast cancer. The Breast Form Fund was a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
The archives of the BFF have been transferred to the Forbes Library in Northampton, Massachusetts.
